Worthemere was born out of a shared vision by husband-and-wife team 

Dr. Samantha and Mychael Worthem—corporate leaders, lifelong educators, and parents who believe that modern families shouldn’t have to choose between flexible backup child care and elite child development.

As parents navigating the demands of executive careers, we intimately understood the challenge of finding reliable, on-demand support that didn't sacrifice the quality of the environment. We designed Worthemere to be the exact space we always wished existed for our own family: an elevated, design-forward club that seamlessly fuses absolute professionalism with the warmth of intentional childhood enrichment.

We believe parents deserve a consistent, high-end backup care option that feels safe and deeply engaging—without requiring the rigid commitment of full-time enrollment.
